A small flock of lambs spends the spring and summer months grazing and growing with us on Early Boots Farm. We sell pastured lamb by the individual cut as well as by the half or whole.

Half Lamb
A half lamb yields 20+ pounds of meat and includes lamb chops, bone-in leg of lamb, lamb shoulder steaks and shoulder roast in addition to ground lamb. The price includes the cost of basic processing. You can reserve your lamb at any time with a pre-order. Our lamb meat is harvested and available for pick up or delivery in the fall.
Whole Lamb
A whole lamb yields 40+ pounds of meat and includes lamb chops, bone-in leg of lamb, lamb shoulder steaks and shoulder roast in addition to ground lamb. The price includes the cost of basic processing. You can reserve your lamb at any time with a pre-order. Our lamb meat is harvested and available for pick up or delivery in the fall.
