A small flock of lambs spends the spring and summer months grazing and growing with us on Early Boots Farm.
We sell pastured lamb by the half or whole. A half lamb yields 15+ pounds of meat and includes lamb chops, bone-in leg of lamb, lamb shoulder steaks and shoulder roast in addition to ground lamb.
Cost (includes processing): Half lamb, $195. Whole lamb, $385.
Reserve your portion of lamb with a down payment of $100. Harvest and pick-up/delivery occur in the fall.
